Monroe County Public Library provides services at no charge to all people living in Monroe County. All are welcome to visit the Library to browse our books, magazines, and newspapers, use our public computers, and enjoy our spaces.A free Library cardallows Monroe County residents to:

• Borrow books, DVDs, CDs, and other items
• Download or streamaudiobooks,eBooks,movies, andmusic
• Access oureLibrary
• Reservemeeting rooms, study rooms, digital creativity studios, and exhibit spaces

A number of options forborrowing and using our servicesis also available to those living outside Monroe County.
