ACL WEEKEND 2 - 2025

We are so excited that NMDP will be hosting a donor recruitment booth at this year’s Austin City Limits Festival. This event is such a great opportunity for us to share NMDP’s mission where we will need strong and dedicated volunteers will help us spread awareness about blood stem cell donation, share the services NMDP provides, and allow attendees to swab and join the donor registry!  Each person can only sign up for one shift per weekend at this time, if more spots are allotted I will send a notice.

This event will requrie:

• 8 new volunteer hours
  • Must be completed between 05/30 - 9/14/2025
• 2 Volunteer training meetings - Virtual 
  • There will be several dates provided through the next few months
• 1 ROS Meetings (Run of Show - Virtual)
  • There will be 2 dates provided for the month of August/September 2025
• Day of shift check in between 9:30 AM -10:30 AM

All requirments must be complete in order to attend the event

Each shift will be 4 - 4.5 hours between 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

• The volunteer shift will cover your admission into the festival
• Each person can only sign up for one shift per weekend at this time
  • If more spots are allotted I will send a notice 
• Parking and rideshare will not be reimbursed 
• Water / Light Snacks will be provided at the tent
• Event logistics will be sent out by mid Sep 2025
