Volunteer Care Coach

Do you have 8-10 hours a month to help an individual set goals and connect to resources in the community to achieve those goals? Do you like to teach people how to budget, find a doctor or just generally problem solve?

We are looking for volunteer care coaches who work one-on-one with a client in our comprehensive care program. Volunteers help clients voice their goals and help them connect to resources that are part of their path of accomplishing short and long-term goals. They check in and encourage throughout the month, and then meet, at a minimum, monthly to review goals, go over successes and barriers, and walk with their neighbor on their journey to thriving.

This is a 8-10 hour a month for 6 months commitment and involves about 5 hours of pre-training before being paired with a client. If you are interested or want to learn more, please contact us!
