About this Opportunity
As a volunteer medical advocate, volunteers will respond to survivors of sexual assault in the hospital.
We respond to Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties. In the hospital, advocates provide emotional support, guidance, and resources to survivors undergoing a forensic exam.
All advocates must go through a 3-day medical advocacy training.
Please join our advocacy team! We are looking for kind-hearted people to help survivors of sexual violence.
