Help us create a meaningful and lasting memory for the families of our patients. Many hospice patients nearing end-of-life are uncomfortable being photographed, yet for families, capturing a final moment toghter is deeply meaningful.

That's why Elara Caring created the HOLDING HANDS FOREVER program. This program offers families a timeless image of their hands gently held with those of their loved ones.

We're in need of volunteers to help make this possible - by taking photos, or framing and wraping the photos and delivering them to the families. Whether you're able to help with every step or just one part, we invite you to join us in creating this lasting gift for the loved ones of our patients.
