Respond to inquiries as appropriate; provide information to callers, visitors, and families.

Stay informed of pertinent House information

Accept and document deliveries and donations

Shuttle families to and from surrounding medical facilities

Work alongside Guest Relations Staff to assist guests with various requests and needs in a supportive and friendly manner.
