Animal Care - Brushing / cleaning

Volunteers are needed to brush our herd, they love it. and to clean their living arrangements daily.Everything is explained during training, but nothing has to be memorized; all directions are written down to follow each day. We are looking for volunteers that can commit to one regularly scheduled shift each week.

Qualification and requirements:

• Minimum age of 16

• Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated

• Must attendAnam Cara's Volunteer Training

• Should be able to perform duties such pulling a cart, scoop poop, etc.

Responsibilities and expectations:

• Are responsible for mucking the shelter/stalls during committed time

• Responsible for ensuring barn is cleaned up/aisles swept etc

• Take directions from barn manager

• Report to the barn manager any injuries or noticed abnormalities

• Communicate with barn manager any noticed needs
